History

1986

BAEI started to represent Air Express International Inc. (USA based Freight Forwarder) as exclusive agent in Bangladesh, marked the start of the International Freight Forwarding and Logistic business journey for the Group

1987

Subsequent transformation to Private Limited Company

1988

On Board Courier Service (OBC) between India & Bangladesh in co-operation with Blue Dart Express. OBC division was registered as an independent entity called BAEI Express Ltd.

1991

BAEI’s subsidiary, Bangladesh Express Co. Ltd(BANEX), came in to franchisee agreement with Fedex Express, the exclusive partner for Fedex IP product service provider in Bangladesh. Until July 2017 when BANEX strategically came into a local accusation.

2000

BAEI starts it’s exclusive co- operation with Hellmann Worldwide Logistics Ltd, one of the leading international freight and logistics service brand, from Germany

2006

BAEI came into collaboration with HWL BD to facilitate a fully featured Quality Inspection Center for finished garments goods, at Gazipur. approx 22 km from Dhaka airport.

2010

Additional inspection facility custom built for Ken2 Logistics Bangladesh Ltd.

2020

BAEI introduces in strengthens service portfolio joined by its sister concern BAEI Logistics with own fleet of controlled Trucking services

2023

BAEI become free from all obligation from partners to start as an independent Freight and logistics operator.
